It was a most pleasant car buying experience. I was initially buying Wrangeler in my hometown Dublin, OH. But my son lives closer to this Batavia dealership. Shawn was pleasant, professional, helpful and responsive to our questions and demands. We got what we wanted and it was made possible by Shawn's attention to our expectations. I went into the dealership, attended to all aspects of the purchase and car handover in a less than one hour. I greatly enjoyed the 110 mile ride back to Columbus with open sunrider top.
