Just bought 2008 Cadillac CTS at Jeff Wyler. Had gone to the other Cincinnati Cadillac dealers over the past two days. My experience at Jeff Wyler was exceptional and put the others to shame. The other dealers were overpriced and didn't have vehicle I wanted and didn't seemed too bothered to try to find it. Called Kraig Miller,at Jeff Whyler told him what I was looking for..he found it and he had the car ready for test drive, with car fax report ready when I arrived. No time wasted, extremely professional and efficient. I made my decision, paper work done and drove off the lot in the car in time for dinner. It was a hassle free, painless experience, and the best price in the tri state area ( and I had done my research with kelly blue book and ebay motors) If one needs a quality automobile at great price would highly recommend the Jeff Whyler dealerships and especially Kraig Miller an exceptional salesperson. Since that time, our experience has been great. We are now working with the sales team to buy a vehicle. They have been patient, courteous and respectful. I see why my friends like to buy and service their vehicles there. More
