Tim gave me an internet quote that was 300 less than another dealer so I came to him. I wanted and got a Rogue AWD SV with Premium Package. When I met him I started over to look at the Rogue's and he another dealer so I came to him. I wanted and got a Rogue AWD SV with Premium Package. When I met him I started over to look at the Rogue's and he motioned for me to come into the showroom and never did take me to the lot, he got online and pulled the cars up and brought one up to the showroom door and asked if that would work. I asked him if it had navagation on it and he did not know and I told him that if it was a premium package then it should. I dont think he knew alot about the Rogue. I did not think that he was very personable like the other dealer ship. The car at the other dealer ship had a cargo cover and homeagain rear view mirrow. I did not know this was not standard equipment sence I did not get to see any other cars. He also did not tell me that the Serus radio was only for 3 months, most places are for a year. I did buy the car but only saved $1.00 per month even though the car was $300.00 less than the other dealership and I have to get my own tags sence I live in Kentucky. I did email Tim about the above and as of today he has not emailed me back or called me. More
