I'll start with what you really want to know: Larry helped me get a GREAT deal on a Mazda3 i touring. Since I was shopping around at other car companies, I returned to him multiple times to test drive the same car again and again to compare it to whatever else I just test drove. Not only did the Mazda3 hold up to any of its competitors, but Larry was happy to see me each time I came and gladly took or sent me out on another test drive. Finally, Larry is subtly confident in the cars he sells so he doesn't give you a hard sell or try to pressure you into buying a car. He offers plenty of information, answers your questions, and lets you make your own decision. It was almost like he facilitated my buying a car rather than trying to sell me one. He listened extremely well to determine what we were interested in, gathered efficiently the appropriate data related to our purchase, and COMMUNICATED that data very effectively, so that we felt well informed to choose the optimal value for our needs. When I reflect on this shopping experience (and I am sure I will as I share it with friends and family who might be interested in making a new car purchase in the future), two major winning factors stand out: 1) Jeff made a sincere effort to respect the potential buyers' integrity throughout the entire sale conversation, and 2) he did not, at any point, waste our time with lofty empty promises or emotional sales tactics.
