We had a problem with our car as far as having too much equity into it and no one would help us with our problem. It was a Ford and even Ford told us they could not help. Kraig was honest with us and tol equity into it and no one would help us with our problem. It was a Ford and even Ford told us they could not help. Kraig was honest with us and told us that he did not know if he could help but he would do every thing possible to get us out of our car and into another. Well that is exactly what he did. He got the payment lower and we left with a new car. We were so pleased with Kraig and Brad they seemed to care about us .
