My wife and I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand My wife and I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Wyler's Eastgate Automall. I had no trouble finding the vehicle we want My wife and I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Wyler's Eastgate Automall. I had no trouble finding the vehicle we wanted on their website. I called to speak with a sales associate to verify the vehicle information and availability because we live in southern Kentucky. I spoke with Shawn Moore, who confirmed that the vehicle was in stock & that the details on the website were correct. After a short discussion about pricing and finance options, I asked him to hold it for me. It was later in the day on Friday, so we decided to make the 230-mile trek on Saturday morning. When we arrived at the dealership, the Jeep was parked right up front- detailed and fueled. We were immediately greeted upon entry into the Jeep showroom, & Shawn was readily available. We took the Jeep for a quick spin & proceeded inside for some coffee & the "dreaded" paperwork. Shawn quickly entered the information he needed to get the paperwork going. While we waited for the paperwork to be prepared, Shawn took us out to go over all of the features of the vehicle. He sync'd my wife's phone to the car and got her automatic seat settings taken care of... which was VERY helpful. He gave us a very detailed tour of the Jeep, from front to back. Once the paperwork was ready, it didn't take long to get everything squared away. The gentleman who helped us get through the paperwork was also fantastic (his name escapes my memory, Tim I believe). He explained everything that we needed to know, but didn't waste his time- or mine. All of the numbers were exactly what I had discussed with Shawn. Overall, we had a great experience at Jeff Wyler's Automall, thanks to their great staff. My wife is thrilled with her new Jeep! Thanks, Michael & Jennifer R. More

We have had our Mazda 6 maintained and serviced through him for several years and have been quite happy with his such high caliber as Marc McQuitty! We have never felt pressured or misled into an unnecessary service and on several occasions he has shown us a cost savings. If all service experiences could be this positive, what a wonderful world this would be! :) More
On 1-3-12 @ 10AM I took my 2008 Malibu in for 40K mile check. Front Brakes were replaced. Later in the day vehicle tire pressure light came on. Wyler service dept. contacted and my wife was told to brin check. Front Brakes were replaced. Later in the day vehicle tire pressure light came on. Wyler service dept. contacted and my wife was told to bring vehicle back and the problem would be corrected. It is now 4:11PM 1-3-12 and Wyler service is working on my 2008 Malibu. More
