My wife and I stopped by Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Eastgate on February 4 2012 with the intention of only looking at the new Chev Equinox. Before too long Greg had sold us a beautiful chevy Equinox off the showroom floor ! We didn't feel any pressure from Greg, but instead found him extremely helpful. My wife and I left the dealership feeling elated over our new purchase and totally satisfied with the way we were treated by all the staff at Jeff Wyler. I'm sure in a couple of months when I am in the market for a new Chev Silverado, Greg Jodrey and Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Eastgate, will be my first stop ! More

Amazing experience. I can't say enough about the sales team at Jeff Wyler. I have been dreaming about purchasing a Chrysler 200 for months and today that dream became a reality. I began my search for a 2012 Jeep Liberty on the internet and after an exhaustive search I found Jeff Wyler in Cincinnati, OH. I am from central Indiana which is about 150 miles away from this dealer so I wa and after an exhaustive search I found Jeff Wyler in Cincinnati, OH. I am from central Indiana which is about 150 miles away from this dealer so I wanted to get as much information as possible before I made the trip. I started the process by clicking the request more information tab on their website. Shawn emailed me in less than 15 minutes and we emailed back and forth a few times and he was able to answer most of my questions through email, but inevitably a phone call had to made, I personally don't care for phone calls because I am always afraid that they are going to start in on their script and give me the pitch, not these guys. I called Shawn and left a message and due to the volume of costumers he had his teammate Jason give me a call. Jason was upfront and quick, I asked him what the out the door price was and he said he would go run some numbers and call me back. About 20 minutes later he called me with a price that no one within 200 miles could come even close too. After he gave me the price I said great I'll be there tomorrow to check it out and finalize the deal. SO I made the long trip there and when I arrived I was immediately greeted by a gentlemen and I told him I was here to see Jason or Shawn, he informed me that Shawn was running an errand and would be back shortly so we poked around the show room until he got back. When Shawn got back he pulled the Jeep up so we could take it on a test drive, we took it for a quick spin and it was everything I had expected. So we went inside and started the fun stuff. I had my own financing and a price quote so it went relatively quick, there was some slight mis-communication on the original price quote but Shawn cleared it up without incident. It took a little time for the finance person Robin to get us in but wasn't a long wait and she got through her stuff pretty quickly and was very polite and friendly. They were so concerned with making our experience quick and painless they almost forgot to collect the down payment, showing they were more concerned with making me happy than making money. We finished with the paper work and Shawn gave us a run down on the car but realized I had researched the car so he made it quick and we were out of there. My only suggestion is that the dealer in general should have some donuts or muffins or something. More

Purchased four other new cars in past ten years from "other" dealerships because Jeff Wyler either did not have pricing or salesmen Jeremy Tuttle. Purchased four other new cars in past ten years from "other" dealerships because Jeff Wyler either did not have pricing or salesmen that cared enough to pursue my business in past. Comfort level experienced working with Jeremy throughout the purchasing decision process was outstanding. First time in ten years I did'nt feel need to "haggle" over pricing, as I felt Jeremy treated my wife and I fairly from start. Even before driving car off lot after deal was final - Jeremy jumped into back of truck bed to remove excess ice that "vehicle-prep" left behind - only took ten minutes to sweep and wipe down but added effort was noted. Because of positive experience at Jeff Wyler this time around - we will once again consider this location "first" when looking at new cars...and will highly recommend Jeremy Tuttle to our friends, family and neighbors when they decide to replace vehicles.
