I was having service done and I decided to look around. Troy came out to talk to me and see what kind of vehicle I was interested in. I explained that I was just looking while I had service. The more I thought about it, the more I thought this might be a good time to buy something new. So, back to the dealer it was. Troy was happy to show me around and we discussed a Chevy Equinox. (He is a Chevy salesman and only worked for Jeff Wyler for a few weeks). I show dogs and needed more length than the Equinox provided. I was so frustrated with the Chevys that I told Troy to just forget it and I would keep what I had. Troy kept right on trucking. Knowing that I had already had several Mazdas, he explored options. What he didn't know he learned. He was able to get me into a new 2011 Mazda CX-7 with 62 miles, a chrome package and leather heated seats!! He listened to what I had to say and paid attention to what I needed. KUDOS!!! The customer actually came first! More

I came in for an oil change on my 2000 Impala. While I was waiting on the service to be completed I decided to look around the new car lot to pass time. Troy McHenry asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I told him I didn't believe my credit was good enough to finance a new car. Troy was kind enough to show me around and answer questions. I told Troy that I liked the way the new 2012 Chevy Cruze looked and he suggested I pick one out for a test drive. Afterwards he worked with his finance manager to get me a very good APR.
