I've dealt with Chuck on 3 different occassions now. Each time our experience has always been great. He's been very helpful and kind. I've asked him questions about my car and I feel he's been honest with me. Explained things about my car that the other dealer did not take the time to. We started taking our Jeep to Jeff Wyler service for oil changes too. We feel they do a great job there. To know when I go there I'm going to be respected is a good feeling. Everytime I had to deal with the other dealership - I got sick to my stomach - they treat people so poorly. I questioned my choice of a Jeep and after talking with Chuck I feel if we decide to purchase again I would for sure go to Jeff Wyler Jeep.
