After dealing with several Columbus area dealerships I reached out to Jeff Wyler Nissan and within 5 minutes on the phone I had a deal I wanted. We've bought several cars from Wyler over the 17 years we've lived in the area. The staff are very professional. We agreed on a price then when the salesman came back from the management den the price had increased $$$ for a lot of extras. They removed them but would not finance with my preapproved personal bank, I from the management den the price had increased $$$ for a lot of extras. They removed them but would not finance with my preapproved personal bank, I had to use theirs. They put the loan with Ally Bank at a much higher interest rate. Working with Ally was a nightmare. No one there speaks English. I really wanted the truck they had but beyond that, nothing was pleasant about the experience. I now have it financed through my bank. I'll not be going back to Jeff Wyler. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Every dirty salesman tactic was used. I negotiated with a salesman over the phone and had a price set before I arrived at the dealership. When I showed up the salesman was not there and the car was given out as a loaner. I talked to a new salesman about the car and he said they can not honor the price I negotiated. I showed him the price I was offered over txt and they wouldn’t honor it. They also came back with an APR that was 8 points over what my personal bank qualified me for. Eventually, after an hour they said they can beat my pre-approved APR. They also said they can drive the car to me for a test drive when the car gets returned. So, a couple days later they bring me the wrong car! At this point I asked to talk to the supervisor. Eventually my original negotiated price was honored and I drove down again to look at the car. The car wasn’t detailed and it smelled like smoke. I told them to detail it and get the smoke smell out. Eventually a deal was made. Their original offer was at $800 a month that included all the xx extra fees like etching, seat protection (scotchguard) etc. I got the price lowered to my original negotiated price, the xx fees removed and my APR lowered. This brought my monthly payment to $515! BUT THATS NOT THE END OF THE STORY. 2 months later they tell me they can not honor the APR they offered me and I need to come back in to renegotiate! xxx! I went to my personal bank and got an even lower APR and transferred the paperwork to my bank. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! PS. Jeff Wyler, don’t bother giving me a canned response in a lame attempt to save face. Your dealership sucks top to bottom. You are the reason why people will never trust a dealership. More
Service fails to return calls and they have no idea how to fix their own vehicles. Seltos in for the same thing with dash lights coming for no reason when it rains and have been charged for this fix over $ to fix their own vehicles.
