I go into Jeff Wyler to purchase a brand new car. The salesmen (Josh & Larry) were pushy & tried to overcharge. They’re very (fake) nice when they want you to sign a lease, though. I had cash. We haggled for hours & I finally left with my brand new car. I drove the car home. I exit the vehicle and notice that the car’s lock/unlock function doesn’t work using the key fob. I cannot lock my car. I call the salesmen immediately & ask for a solution. They didn’t have an instant solution & suggest I bring the car in for an “easy fix”. I was out of town the next few days & could not go back. Side note— They kept saying stop in, acting like we were neighbors and this was not an inconvenience of my time. I live an hour from their store. And I’m glad I didn’t just “stop in” without an appointment with the service center, because you need to call ahead and schedule. I had to wait a week to be seen, but I was patient & didn’t really drive my car much since the locks weren’t functioning properly. I went to the service center. They took my car and looked over it for an hour. They hand me the keys and say everything is fine and they couldn’t find anything wrong with my vehicle. I take the keys and start pressing the lock button to sound my car to find it. Silence. The locks weren’t working. They did not fix my vehicle. Then, they suggest I leave the car there so that they can look over it and fix it. I said hold on because I would like a refund or replacement. My safety features did not work since day 1. So, I went to the sale side and asked that they put me in a new car or refund me. Except “they cannot because now it’s a used car”. I didn’t feel like fighting more about it that day so I left my brand new car at the service center and drove home with the rental. But first I had to turn around and ask for a full tank of gas since they were trying to send me off with 70 miles worth in the tank. They did & were easy about the fueling. After that visit, I tell my family and they agree to set me up with their attorney. The next day comes and I don’t hear from anyone at the shop. I call & leave messages. Dennis calls me back & says they cannot pin point the issue & that it may take days to fix. They have a back up plan if they cannot fix themselves. I still want and feel like I deserve a refund or a replacement. I do not want to pay for a car that isn’t kept safe. My attorney agrees. The safety features on the vehicle have not worked since day 1. I am supposed to go in today to meet with Josh about fixing the wrongs. If all goes well, I can hopefully change this to a happier review. They have made me feel stupid. They have not valued my time. They have been very rude. I have zero nice things to say about the sales team. But one nice thing to say about Jerri @ the service center. She was kind and professional. More
I'm a disabled vet and went there to purchase a new car with cash. I was lied to twice by the sales manager then he tried to unload a car with more mileage and older than my trade in. They were very disrespectful and discriminated against my wife and I because I wasn't dressed up to there standards. They said something about my cursing and yes as I was leaving I said the same words they already said to me (my dash cam with audio backs me up). I will never buy from this lot or any Jeff Wyler location because if you don't finance your money is no good there. I'm not sure the names of the people I spoke with but the one that lied to us was the sales manager for Chevy there. More

I bought a 2016 Cadillac ATS from Jeff Wyler. Randy Flynn was our salesman, he was great at negotiating our purchase. We had some mechanical issues with the car on the way home. I contacted Randy and he helped get the car repaired. It took some time to get it all worked out, but it did. Jason Moore service advisor at Chevrolet service contacted me I had the car taken care of. I will advise if you have issues that the dealership is taking care of talk with a service advisor face to face, it helps. Randy and Jason done a great job taking care of our car. From experience I can recommend Randy and Jason for your auto needs! More
This dealership sold me a 2018 Nissan Murano in 2020 with only 23,000 miles on it. I was happy to be purchasing the nicest car o had ever purchased and made sure to pay the extra thousands of dollars for a f only 23,000 miles on it. I was happy to be purchasing the nicest car o had ever purchased and made sure to pay the extra thousands of dollars for a full warranty. Within a year and a half, the transmission went out, and the dealership tried to fight me on replacing it and said I only had a limited warranty! So, after several frustrating phone calls they finally decided to replace it. Not even 2 years later, the transmission goes out again. Jeff Wyler says that there is nothing that they will do about it and I am just screwed! I have lost my home, my job, and my dignity over this situation and Jeff Wyler could care less. They don't answer their phones or have their names on their voicemail. I have called the corporate office and they send me to Kristen's voicemail only for her to never respond. The only person who has responded to me has been the service manager Jake who just says there's nothing he can do for me. I even reached out to the salesman who sold me the car and who i thiught i could trust because he wirked with my father at another dealership, and he read my message and ignored it. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible!! More

I originally bought my Mazda from Marcus and he was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and non pushy. Would recommend him to everyone! This has been the best car buying experience and I use to work at Carmax, we could have taken a few tips from Marcus and Kim. More
I worked with Sale Rep Seth, who was great to work with on the trade-in of my 2022 Ram 2500 for a new 2024 Ram 3500. Also had opportunity to work with Rob Rein and Dan Alley who went above and beyond to f on the trade-in of my 2022 Ram 2500 for a new 2024 Ram 3500. Also had opportunity to work with Rob Rein and Dan Alley who went above and beyond to fight for the deal that was good for me. Really appreciate the extra effort and would recommend these folks and the dealership to others. More
