Upon performing the trade-in evaluation, we took pictures of the truck, which indicated that the scratches were already present. We’re very sorry that we were unable to finalize a deal, as there was a significant difference between the amount owed on your vehicle and its actual value, which made it challenging to reach an agreement. As for the truck being backed in, this was done to assist another guest who was in a wheelchair and needed access to the area.
