Steve happened to have one (much like a pink unicorn, there are not many available) with the option package I wanted. There were a few questions in my mind, and Steve Swantko listened carefully, and fully satisfied them with no hassle. Really stood behind their word. Without a doubt it was the best experience we have had on dealing with a car dealership. Steve was very knowledgeable about the cars and made sure to answer all of our questions without hesitation. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything we were not prepared to do and he was able to explain very readily what the options were not just on the car, but also on financing, and leasing. Whenever Steve had to excuse himself to get more paper work or take a call, Lenny Pugh was right there to talk with us and at no time were we left stranded. We have bought and leased many cars over the years and never have had such a great experience! Everyone there was very professional and attentive to our needs. All of the men we had the opportunity to meet were very friendly, and interesting to talk with. They make you feel as though you have known them for years.
