I am deeply apologetic and embarassed about you over hearing the conversation between the sales person and the manager. It was totally intended towards the sales person that we could not accept your offer and to explain that to you. That conversation was the frustration of the manager with the sales person not doing a professional sales presentation of selling the value of the car. Instead making it all about price. Let me emphasize, we at Jeff Haas Mazda would never intentionally be disrespectful to a customer whether they purchase or not. That conversation was meant for the sales person to get out there and do his job properly and certainly not intended towards you. We've been on Dealer Rater for over 4 months and this is our 1st negative response. Wa take this very seriously, not for just the good reviews but to learn fom our mistakes. We unfortunately are not perfect and are constantly striving to improve. My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your review, you did not share that experience.
