The staff was not pushy and kept there distance until I was ready or asked for help. Not only was the sales staff helpful, but the Financing Dept. was very understanding of my thin credit Status and explained to me some of the options and were very straight forward. I can't have an opinion on the quality of work since I have yet to have my car serviced at there location, but if it's a reflection of the service that I did recieve, then I'm sure that I would give it a good rating. I have purchased a Mazda a few years ago at Russell & Smith and the service at Jeff Haas does not even compare. After I purchased my new vehicle, the employees there took the time to explain every detail of my new car, show me all of the cool gadgets and safety features, and even took the time to set up the bluetooth feature in my car. They also gave me all of their contact information for any further help and questions. I did not receive any of this at any other Mazda dealership. I highly reccomend this dealership and look forward to continue business with them. More
