We do a saftey inspection on all of used cars sold, which includes a oil change. We use dealer rater to know of these problems. Contact us and let us know what we can do to change your mind about us, Just saying no to your request of doing service not agreed to, should not be a factor in us taking care of your needs. If you truly think Mr Crabtree wasnt fair, contact him. We believe in customers for life.
