Kirk I am so sorry we dropped the ball on your floormats. It sounds like we did everything right except handle the floors mats. Our fault, After your salesperson was no longer with us, you just kind of fell in no mans land. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, we will get that fixed. We do care about the customer experience, but ever now and then this happens. The we own, is how we keep up with what we have promised to the customer, but we depend on the sales person to follow though with it. No sales person, no follow through, our mistake. Todd, I appreciate the response. I am glad someone finally apologized for the extreme inconvenience and general lack of urgency on the part of Diego or anyone else I spoke with in Used Cars. This entire process I felt like I was a hassle because I was trying to receive what was promised to me in the way it was promised to me. I want you to know that this is the first time I actively remember someone actually really apologizing for what I've gone through here. Understand that I was on the verge of filing complaint with the BBB when I finally called Diego one more time only to find out that my floor mats were there, but no one had notified me. I even then was met with further protest about wether or not following through with Gene's original promise to have them sent to my home in KIngwood to save me the trouble of a drive to Katy would be an option or not, and after all that I got an email telling me they were on my way. At no point did I hear from Lee or any other manager or receive any other apology prior to this. I wanted you to know all this so you can hopefully fix that issue because I assure you these negative reviews could have been avoided had Diego or Lee taken the time to deal with me not like I was a hassle and actually apologized.

Kirk I hope you understand this is not the normal way we conduct business. You can tell that by our reviews. And our happy customers just write one good review not many bad ones. this would of never happened if your sales person was still employed with us. That is the reason our process broke down. I asked Lee and the other used car manager, and they claim to never talked to you abourt the matter as they were not aware. That is the part of our proceess we will be fixing now. A simple call to myself or any of my managers, this matter would of been fixed easily. Diego should of bought the matter to my attention, but him being in our phone center, he never bought be into the loop. I believe your review is fair, but hope you now know it never would of happened if your saleman was still employed here. Todd Crabtree
