Except inconveniences on my part, which at this point Jeff Gordons customer service could care less about their failure to do their job the first time or the right thing for someone who purchased a nee 55k vehicle. If you inconvenience someone for nearly 7 hours between two trips. And you cant offer a simple vehicle detail to some what satisfya customer. That dpeaks volumes. I Should have purchased a GMC, because Jeff Gordon has officially lost a future customer. BUYER BEWARE More

Disappointed I had numerous problems from the beginning. One part that was broken before I drove off the lot (promised to be fixed the following week when I had to I had numerous problems from the beginning. One part that was broken before I drove off the lot (promised to be fixed the following week when I had to drive down) took 6 weeks to get fixed due to people ordering the wrong parts/parts being broken. I had to drive over and hour each way to try and get these fixed and wait for them to tell me it was the wrong part. There were people along the way the tried to make it right and just forgot about the issue then I never received phone calls I was promised I would receive in regards to my issues. There was hidden money I ended up having to pay for the purchase of this car that I made sure to go over with the paperwork person about. This was a brand new car I bought, I had the expectation I would have been treated with more respect and better service. I'm not satisfied with my purchase from Jeff Gordon and would not recommend to anyone. More

I has a foreigner went with my boyfriend at the time and they told me we could title the car in both of our names and after we agreed to that I payed and 5 min they told me that they didnt know if i could be the owner. We asked if I should give the car back or what they told me that no no we will (take care of it ). After 30 days my 30 day tag went out i gave them a call and they then informed me that I cant be the registered owner of the car. at that time I had two options regiester the car in my boyfriends name or they would buy the car back for 2,000 dollars less than the ammount i payed for it . So has of now I paid for a car in full and dont own it. I can assure you that if you want to have a honest and friendly experiance Dont go to the preowned lot. They are the stereotypical (snake oil) salesman. More
Easiest car buying experience ever! We are from the Jacksonville area and have been looking for a Suburban for about a year. We never even considered Marine Chevy due to past experiences so we started browsing Jeff Gordon's inventory, We had a pretty lengthy checklist: captain chairs, dvd, black exterior and interior, certain mileage and price range and found a few in the inventory. I contacted Jeff Gordon and let them know due to my work schedule, I would like to run figures as best we could before coming down and wasting anyones time. We submitted our credit apps online, sent pic messages to Jason of our current to trade and secured a payment in our budget. Within a day, our vehicle from the sister store arrived at Jeff Gordon. Ken and Billy greeted us at our appointment, went through all the features of our new car, squared away tags/insurance for us and had a full gas tank waiting. Within 30 min we were signing all the paperwork and drove off the lot with our new dream car in less than 2 hrs. Ken and Billy are great guys with great people skills and made every effort to make us feel welcome and not only are they, but Jeff Gordon is HIGHLY recommended! Never thought I could afford the vehicle we have but they made it possible! Thank you again Ken, Jason and Billy! More

We live near Jacksonville, and started our search at dealers there only to be aggravated with the pushiness and blatant disregard for the customer's wants in their search for a vehicle. We did not experience this AT ALL with Ken and Jeff Gordon Chevy, from the start he asked us what we wanted and focused only on that. He took the time to find us exactly what we came in to find, explaining in detail every step of the process when we had a question. If you are setting up an appointment or dropping by to see what Jeff Gordon can offer, I highly recommend you ask for Ken. We truly felt this man values his customers and personal reputation more than the profit from them. Thank you. More

I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, PRIOR TO RUNNING MY CREDIT I WANTED A ECONOMICAL CAR TO D TODAY I CAME INTO JEFF GORDON AND WAS GREETED BY TRAVIS . I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, PRIOR TO RUNNING MY CREDIT I WANTED A ECONOMICAL CAR TO DRIVE FOR A COMMUTER VEHICLE ONLY. I STATED I WANTED $200.00 MONTHLY PAY AND 60MONTH FINANCE. I WAS LOOKING AT 2017 SPARK . I WAS VERY CLEAR THAT IF IT WAS NO AT REALISTIC NUMBER I DIDNT WANT TO WASTE ANYONES TIME .CREDIT WAS NOT GONNA BE AN ISSUE . I DIDNT WANT TO PUT DOWN ANY MONEY .. AGAIN I ASKED DID THIS EVEN SOUND POSSIBLE BEFOR RUNNING ANY CREDIT , SINCE I DIDNT WANT MINE OR MY WIFES RAN IF IT WASNT POSSIBLE. NEW CAR MANAGER ( SOTT) CAME OUT ASSURED ME IT WAS DOABLE. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED THEM NOT TO DO. SO I LEFT BUT NOW IVE HAD BOTH OF OUR CREDIT RAN OVER SOMTHING HE SAID HE COULD DO AND THEN COULDNT. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TOTALY MISLED BY A MANAGER . I HAD A CREDIT RATING OF OVER 700 BYMYSELF, THIS LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH FOR JEFF GORDON. I LEFT VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISTRUSTING.
