Quickest and least stressful car buying I've had I've purchased and leased several cars over time and working with Bob at Jeff D'Ambrosio was by far the best I've had. I actually came to Jeff D'Ambrosio via USAA & their TrueCar integration. Shortly after hitting submit I was in contact with Steve. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. They didn't try to get me to do more or offer me less of a car for the price/payments I wanted. The conversations were short and to the point. No wasted time at all. Once we all agreed to a price and financing, they found the car, sent drivers, and let me know when it got in. Once I got to the dealership I spent less than an hour doing the paperwork and getting familiar with the GTI. All told, the process (phone calls and dealer visit) took 2 hours over 5 days! And the very first time I set foot into the dealership was when I was there to pick up my new ride after all the details were worked out. I am a Veteran and work with USAA for my insurance needs. USAA put me in touch with Jeff Deacon via internet, and he personally contacted me. My plight is/was the fact that I had an orphan (2014 TDI Sportwagen) which was being recalled by VW, and I leased it, and my lease was up in March 2017. I had heard, seen, and test drove the VW R at another dealer, and was extremely interested in leasing one, but thus far, no one was interested in "dealing". Enter Jeff Deacon.... he called me and said "come on down and lets talk". What an incredible person and dealership. He introduced me to the service team, he introduced me to his manager, we talked about the Amish amongst the finance, sales, and "everyone" people and had a great, great time. No pressure from anyone, extremely cordial staff from A - Z, Bottom line, Jeff Deacon hooked me up with a lease that I couldn't refuse, and I took possession of a VW R six speed manual Tornado Red..... If I felt pressured in anyway, my plan was to just excuse myself and leave. Quite the opposite. Salesman {Diego) was professional and competent and really cut to the chase, which I appreciated. I felt he got me the best deal he could. I unloaded my old car, which I was glad to see go. The man who went over my paperwork (Rasheed) was equally as professional, knoweledgeable and competent. He explained everything and was patient and thorough. The manager, (Donny) was a great facillitator also. I am very happy with my beautiful car and highly recommend them. They did a great job! More

Dana Jackson was helpful and patient in helping me decide between a few different vehicles I was interested in. He never pressured me and was a consummate professional. A few times, when Dana could tell that I was really struggling with the decision, he brought it back to reality for me by asking, "What is it that you're really looking to do here?" That reminded me why I was getting rid of my old car (even though I loved it), helped me compare three vehicles, and allowed me to select the car that I'd really be happy with.
