The last time I purchased a new vehicle was back in 1998, in Davis California. Needless to say the experience was not pleasant. So when I started to look for a new car through my Credit Union I was skeptical that I would receive the huge discount that they were giving, and I didn't believe there would not be any hidden fees that would raise the price of the car and put it out of my expected monthly payment. I was very skeptical about driving 100 miles for this deal. So I called the dealership and talked to Joe Lonabaugh the internet sales rep. I asked him about the discount if that was 'for real" and if there were any other charges hidden or other wise. He told me the discount was good, no hidden charges. He was very helpful and I decided to make the trip. We got driving instructions off the internet and printed them out expecting a smooth transition from our home to the dealership. Well I am relieved we brought our GPS because the written directions got us lost. So it put our ETA about 1/2 hour out. I was about to call it quits and go home, I was not having a good day. Well when we finally arrived after a very stressful drive I was probably the last person you wanted to talk to. We entered the show room and were immediately welcomed and asked if we would like some water or coffee to drink. Now this is very interesting. My wife and I have been looking for a new or used car for two weeks prior and have been to many dealerships, some in the blistering heat and some in the cooler days. She told me one day that she laid out a fleece just as Gideon did. She said if any one offered us a drink that is who we will buy from. She got excited and I thought yea right lets see how they try to, you know what, us. We were met by Stefan Willams Sales Professional, he expressed his thanks and concerns about our long and arduous drive. Of course I told him all the sordid details and I thought I was going to drive him nuts, but he was very compassionate and cool, calm, collective, and just a great guy, just like the guys I work with. He had the Jetta we were looking for there ready to test drive. Since my wife was going to drive the car back home following me Stefan explained every aspect of the car and I mean every aspect because we don't own a car with all the whistles and bells they have now. Ok now was time to purchase, here comes the big let down. Wrong! Better deal! No pressure! No stress! The whole group was great! My kidneys don't ache! With every thing that transpired that day I will be making that trip in the future because they treated us with respect, and were interested in making us happy. I recommend this group to any one near or far who is looking for a no stress, professional environment. More

He put all his words in writing via email and at 5 months into my second lease, I am very satisfied with the deal I got. Love the car also. Passat RLine. I have owned and leased at least 6 VWs. You can't get a better car for the $$$ and you get somewhat of a european feel to the car for thousands less. More
