June 20, 2020 my daughter was looking to buy a 2020 Tiguan R-Line and we stopped in at D'Ambrosio WV to test drive one on the highway since the other dealership would not allow it. Walt Konyk helped us and it became very clear that he was not just trying to sell us a car, but was more intetested in making sure we were happy in whatever we wanted to do. Zero pressure which was a huge relief. We also met Rick Rowe who came across the same way. Together they were able to get my daughter all that she wanted, which no other dealership had been able to accomplish. She bought the car that night and Walt still keeps in touch to follow-up on us. Andrew in service is also excellent and has taken great care of her both times the car had to go in for service. Dec 31,2020 my son tells me he finally wants to try a buy a new car. With no hesitation I drive him an hour away to D'Ambrosio WV. Rick and Walt worked with us and got a deal done on a 2021 Jetta R-Line. It was not an easy task as a new young buyer my son had lots of doubts and swung both ways all night until finally feeling comfortable with everything and pulled the trigger. I initially called to inquire about a 2020 VW Atlas and had the pleasure of speaking with Tina Trisvan. I explained I was in the market for a car and, after a poor experience at another dealership, I was willing to make the hour drive to check out what they had on the lot. Tina was awesome and we made an appointment for me to test drive the next day after I was done with work. When I did get to the dealership, I was greeted by Rick, their sales manager, and was promised that they would take care of me. Walt, my salesman, was wonderful! He was very patient with ALL my questions and if he couldn't answer my question, he made sure to find the answer from one of his counterparts. He took the time to go over the features and options in the vehicle, and by the time we got back from our test drive, I was ready to buy the car. She was such a silver fox! This was the first vehicle I purchased without my parents present to help me with my confidence, but the professionals at this dealership made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. There was no pressure. I HIGHLY recommend taking the drive to Downingtown to visit Rick and his team to peruse the new and used vehicles on their lot. I am so happy that I purchased my Atlas from such a professional team. They have this girl's loyalty to keep coming back for service and future sales. More

I only had the car a week and it has such a nasty smell to it. Ive reported it to the dealer. They told me to bring it in so they can try to resolve the issue. I did but it still has the smell. I asked to change the car and the person who i spoke to is giving me the run around.. i feel they trying to stick me with this car i dont want. For my first time buying a car my experience is horrible. As far as the car i havent even had it a month yet and i really want to return it. This place was recommended as a good place to get a car but im not seeing that what so ever. i wish i could say something nice but my experience so far is making dislike this company.. More

Everyone beats a Jeff's deal When they say they will meet or beat any deal, that is total BS. I really don't see how they sell anything. The sales manager didn't seem too interested in making a sale. The only thing he seemed worried about is turning a big profit. He was kinda rude and thought he was above me which he was not. Other dealers in the area had no issues working on a best price. So I bought my new car from another VW dealer not too far from this one for the price I wanted. Those days of using old car sales tactics are long gone. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else so you don't waste your time and you will save more money guaranteed. More
