This was my first experience with Jay Honda. I had heard they were THE Honda dealer in NE Ohio, but it was quite a drive for me compared to other Honda dealerships I have history with. What brought me to Jay was dissatisfaction with the local dealership that I had done business with over the last 8 - 9 years. Although it wasn't for the best reason, I am pleased it brought me to Jay as they were extremely efficient, upfront, and honored the lease deal "as written". No "negotiations", no BS sales pitches like the dealers I used to do business with...just some autographs and out the door with a 2014 CR-V! Tony and Rob were a great team and I'm sure I will enjoy working with them in the many years to come! More

I started looking for a car back in November 2012 and I emailed Tony. It was my first car buying experience so I had spoke with several dealers. There was some dealers that were trying to rush me through the process and skip over fine details about what I was getting into but I noticed that Tony made sure to go over everything. We set up a time for me to come into town and check out the new 2013 Honda Civics they had and how I should compare them to other cars. I researched the car further and Tony kept in contact with me throughout the year of 2013. I came back in December determined to get a car and Tony was just as enthused as I was to get my first new car. Also the sales manager and operations manager, Mr. Szalay and Mr. Mimville, were also great at telling me how their car brand stands up against other cars. For my first car buying experience Tony and Honda made it easy and very educational. They talked to me straight and did not throw sale pitches because frankly, as Tony put it, "The cars are just that good". I will more than likely be a Honda guy for a very long time because of this experience. Thanks Jay Honda! More
