About 8 years ago I had the extreme pleasure in buying a new, quality Honda from Michael Stoughton. I'm sure, by now, he has moved up into management as he was extremely knowledgable about not only your pro new, quality Honda from Michael Stoughton. While he was helping me, he was approached several times from other employees asking for his advice and he was able to tend to their needs while simultaneously drawing up the particulars for my contract. This customer service and nod toward employee appreciation should be rewarded in today's climate of shifty arrogance and selfishness. I'm not sure how honda operates the promotion of their employees, but his upward mobility should be strongly considered. Since then, I keep in contact with Michael and refer several of my family and friends directly to him, and only him. A true master of relationship building, all of my referrals have remarked about his professionalism and forthcoming style.
