This is the 5th car I've gotten from Robbie Baughman and have gotten exceptional service each time. So much so that exceptional seems to be the norm with Debbie and Robbie. In general I would rather get a root canal than deal with the whole process of buying a new car. Well, that was until now. I recently moved and found myself back in the market for a new car. I decided to give Jay Honda a try and was referred to one of their salesmen, Bob H. Bob was great from the beginning. He was low pressure and did not waste my time. I told him what I thought I wanted and he helped me find exactly that. No more, no less. I had a few special requests, including having a backup mirror installed on the car, and they took care of my every need. In the end, Bob wound up personally delivering the car to me and the price was unbeatable. I would gladly come back to both Bob, and Jay Honda. If this is how buying a car should be, then bring me a bowl of sugar and call me a cavity. If you don't beleive me....just give them a try. More
Mike was a really nice person to work with. He came across as knowledgeable and friendly. We spoke a few times over a month period and he was never pushy, always very helpful. Jay Honda of Bedford is #1 for customer service both in sales and in the service department. Tony Spitalieri was my salesman and I was in my new Civic with very little wait time. Later in the day, Tony got my husband into a new Accord. We didn't start the process til almost 3 pm and Tony and the other employees had everything wrapped up by 5:30. I chose this dealership because of my past relationship with Steve Koleski. Since Steve had retired, I was referred to Mike Santone. He got me a deal that I couldn't beat and made sure I knew all about the vehicle before I left in my new car. We share the same home city of Erie, Pennsylvania, which made our rapport almost instantaneous. I intend to continue working with this dealership in the future. More
