"Simply Amazing Customer Service- #1" I went searching for a Honda Coupe in the month of May, and I met Rick at Jay Honda. I told him that I wanted to have the car by the end of July for my daughter's birthday present. Rick wrote down my name and phone number and called me the first week of July, I received a call from Rick indicating that he had a Honda Coupe for me. The car was an incredible unbelievable find, it was a 2014 vehicle with only 900 miles and still had the new car smell. I never expected to hear from him. Rick is one of the best Car Salesman that I have every met, he is truly a man of his word. And the process was the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a car. I cannot stop telling this amazing story to anyone that will listen, and I will definitely send over anyone I know that searching for a car to see Rick. I am now his biggest fan. Loretta Shields More

What a great buying experience! We were looking for a CR-V for our daughter and I was fortunate to see a certified pre-owned one at Jay's online. It was going to me my daughter's fir We were looking for a CR-V for our daughter and I was fortunate to see a certified pre-owned one at Jay's online. It was going to me my daughter's first car purchase and she knew it was the one she wanted as she had driven one closer to home but was looking for one with lower miles. Rick Kwiecien reached out to me right away and was so easy to talk to. We had phone and text conversations as I was out of town for a week for work then leaving to attend a family reunion. Rick knew my daughter wanted the car, but it was a matter of us being out of town. He didn't want to see my daughter miss the opportunity either and actually put the car on hold with a deposit until we could get there and purchase it! I don't know anyone else who would have done that! We went to Jay's yesterday morning and finally met Rick who was as wonderful in person as he was on the phone. The purchase was made and Joe Russo was fantastic at getting the best rate for my daughter and a payment she felt very comfortable with. They went above and beyond and my daughter is now driving an SUV she absolutely loves and still can't believe it's hers! I set an appointment, and when I showed up, Tony Spitalieri had my paperwork and 30 day tags waiting for me. I then went to see Betty to sign for the lease and have all of my options clearly explained to me. As Tony put my tags on, I got behind the wheel and Rob Logan took me through all the details of the car and brought me up to speed on how the technology worked. Jamie Pilla was quick to thank me for choosing Jay Honda and insisted I call him if I had any questions. What a great group to work with. I'm very satisfied, and quite happy I chose to make my purchase with the nice folks at Jay Honda. A big thanks to all of you! More

Their Service is Degraded to the Lowest Quality They started doing dirty job in the service and, most importantly, they think that the customers do not see it. I took my car for oil change the They started doing dirty job in the service and, most importantly, they think that the customers do not see it. I took my car for oil change there. They kept the old oil draining for 5-10 minutes only. (I have a "bad" habit to walk around and have seen what they are doing with my car.) Most of the time I was there, about an hour, the car was simply pulled to the parking lot, and they made me wait an hour long until they brought my paperwork, "as the oil change takes an hour". Furthermore, they weren't giving me the car key, motivating they had to bring the car from the carwash. Only after I strictly told them it is already one hour that the car was pulled to the parking lot, they found and gave me my key. So, basically they cheat the customers. They change oil maximum in 15-20 minutes, without following the old oil drain out procedure, and then keep a car about an hour in their parking lot, just for a customer to think it takes an hour for oil change. And they charge a pretty high price -about $49 for oil change only. I am asking myself: why do I have to pay such a big money for such a poor quality service? I can get that kind "quality" service at any other car shop, and for a lower price! Sorry, but very disappointed how they have worsen their service and will disconnect using their services. There are lot of car shops in the area that may be better, they may care care about the customer just to retain them. More
