I told him what I thought I wanted and he helped me find exactly that. No more, no less. I had a few special requests, including having a backup mirror installed on the car, and they took care of my every need. In the end, Bob wound up personally delivering the car to me and the price was unbeatable. I would gladly come back to both Bob, and Jay Honda. If this is how buying a car should be, then bring me a bowl of sugar and call me a cavity. If you don't beleive me....just give them a try. More
