Jay Honda

I was referred to Jay Honda by a friend who knew that I was in the market for a new car. I had already made arrangements with my salesman from another dealership. I had a vehicle picked out and all the f was in the market for a new car. I had already made arrangements with my salesman from another dealership. I had a vehicle picked out and all the financial arrangements were agreed upon. On my way to the dealership I decided to stop at Jay Honda just to compare. I figured that since I was a female I would probably be taken advantage of....so I went in with an attitude. I was immediatly greeted by Tony. I explained to him that I didn't have a lot of time and just wanted to see two vehicles. He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. After about 20 minutes I fell in love with Jay Honda. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I actually felt comfortable being there. I ended up staying much longer than I anticipated but by my own choice. I purchased my vehicle there but not because the car was so great....but because the service was AWESOME!!! I knew Honda had a good reputation but that was about it. Tony was great at explaining everything to me and I never felt like he was "pushing me to buy". Then I met with Xavier, a truly nice guy who went above and beyond for me. Neither one of the guys pushed me to buy anything that I didn't want and took the time to explain all of my options with the pros and cons. I was sold on customer service alone. I HIGHLY recommend Jay Honda to everybody I talk to now. More

I have dealt with Robby Baughman and Debbie Baughman for the last 14 years. They have always been wonderful to deal with in regards to leasing a car. They are extremely friendy and most accomodating. I brought my 16 year old son to Jay Honda this afternoon to have some wiper blades and a break light bulb replaced. We did not have an appointment but Pam Mayo went out of her way to accommodate us. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. Mose was outstanding! If I had anything to critique from the experience was I would have wanted a little bit more information on the nature of my le Mose was outstanding! I was very pleased to work with Mike who went out of his way along with his sales manager to get me what I needed to make a deal. Not only were they able to lower my monthly payment on a brand new car, but way along with his sales manager to get me what I needed to make a deal. Mike and the sales manager were super friendly and even encouraged me to check out another dealership. They told me I would be back - and I was within about 1/2 hour!!! More
