Our lifestyles are very similar, and he knew exactly how to guide me and my wife through this process. He was patient and very informative, answering all our questions thoroughly. Rob just flat out took care of everything. He wasn't the typical car salesman. I'd recommend him to anyone. I must also take a minute to commend Minville. He's very valuable to the day to day operations at Jay. He was supportive through the process as well, even printing me a short article on why a guy driving a mini-van was still considered "cool".
