This is just a very comfortable dealership to do business with. No high pressure salespeople here. Just down-to-earth, regular people who happen to sell Hondas. Any one of them are just as happy to talk about their kids and grandkids (there are family photos everywhere), as they are to talk you through the technology of the car. Tony was great. A relaxed, no canned-sales-pitch sort of guy who made everything easy. When you’re dealing with Tony you get the strong sense that he’s genuine. Let’s face it, Hondas are great cars – what really matters is the people at the dealership you’re buying from. If you live anywhere near Cleveland and you are going to buy a Honda, you need to go talk to Tony. More

My husband and I have been researching and pricing used Honda Odysseys for about a year. I searched inventory in our area online this week and contacted two dealerships. Deja Murray at Jay Honda in Bedford got back to me right away both by email and by phone. She was enthusiastic about what they had in stock and we made an appointment to meet. The salesperson at Motorcars in Cleveland Heights did not return my call, and when I called a third time and spoke with him, he seemed like he didn't care if I came in or not. So we visited Jay Honda and were so impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Deja answered all of our questions and was knowledgable about the vehicle. Bob, the manager, was also great to work with. I felt like they both made a connection with us and weren't just out for the sale. They worked with us on price and trade-in, and we bought the van that day. I would absolutely recommend working with both Deja Murray and the manager at Jay Honda Pre-Owned in Bedford, Ohio. This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought many cars over the past twenty years. More

I really appreciated being able to drive the car out alone with my partner twice on test drives to make sure I wanted this car. I purchased my 2009 Honda Civic from Jay and adored it, a few weeks a ago I received a letter from Jay Honda asking me to consider turning my Honda in so it could be put into the "Pre-Owned Certified" invent few weeks a ago I received a letter from Jay Honda asking me to consider turning my Honda in so it could be put into the "Pre-Owned Certified" inventory. The letter said Jay was would work with me on a deal for a 2012 Civic. When I called to inquire I was connected to Rob Logan in sales. On the phone Rob was very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me in any way. He put together some rough numbers returned my call and emailed me. Since I don't live in Cleveland I scheduled a time to come into the dealership to try and make a deal. Rob met with me (a day early even!)and again was easy to work with, able to answer my questions, and did not pressure me into anything. Like most people, I have a budget I have to stick with, and Rob understood that and worked with me to get a great deal on a 2012 Honda Civic. He even helped me choose my color as I wanted to depart from my previous color. He set me up with Xavier in finance, who was also very personable, and made the process of trading in my old car and getting my new one relatively painless and easy. After all was said and done Rob then showed me my new car, how to work everything, and really took the time to answer my questions. I didn't ever feel like he was in a rush to meet with other clients; I had his full attention. He followed up with a voicemail message three days after purchase to see how I'm liking my new car - I think love is a better word there. I came from Dayton to buy my new vehicle at Jay and will continue to do so. I will send anyone I know there and specifically to Rob. Thank you for your expertise, professionalism, and friendly attitude. More
I have bad credit but Tony and pat were very profesional and respectful Tony found the car I needed at an awsome price and pat got me aproved a mericale in its self. Overall a good experience. Salesman was straightforward and helpful answering any questions I may have had when shopping for a vehicle. If it weren't for the long wait for my to arrive (10 weeks) I would have given the experience a "5" rating -- although that may be a bit unfair of me considering the reason for the long delay was due to an act of nature outside the dealership's control. When I originally went on-line to get a quote for a new Honda Accord I received three responses to my request. Rob Logan was the first to respond, within 15 minutes after I finished my request. He asked that I come see him and he could definitely help me get out of a car I did not like after owning it for only a year. That impressed me very much. None of the other dealers, that eventually responded, made any effort to talk to me as a person rather than a computer message. I then went to a few Honda dealers to look at the cars and I talked to a few salespeople. Rob also called me and said he would not be at work the day of my visit so I would talk to his co-worker Tony Spitalieri. I was so impressed by the deal Tony and his Sales Manager gave me I bought the new car within an hour. When I went to pick the car up, I met Rob. Both of these guys are truly honest professional salesmen. I never had a salesperson like these guys. They work very well together as a team and I must say I will not go anywhere else to buy a car in the future. My father sold car his entire life. I grew up in the car business. He was a very honest and professional saleman, just like Tony and Rob. Stay the way you are and you will definitely be successful and live a great life. Thanks Lee Swerline More
