We visited Jay Honda because they were willing to honor the price we asked for, but we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and courteous all of the staff members were. Our salesperson was great - we did make his job easy, since we were ready to buy that day - but he was great to work with and willing to spend as much time as we needed to answer questions and explain the purchase process. The finance manager we worked with was also very respectful, courteous, and easy to talk with. He answered questions thoroughly and never rushed us through the process. We would not hesitate to return to Jay Honda if we are looking for another Honda sometime in the future. More
