There was a mix up in delivering the car and it took longer than I anticipated. It took over two hours because the drivers, who picked the car up in Michigan, placed the keys to the vehicle on the wrong longer than I anticipated. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about all the Honda models I looked at. He was not "pushy" at all , nor did he try to sway me towards a vehicle that was not right for me. And even though he was about to leave for an event outside his work, he took time to sit down with me, and go over exactly what it was that i wanted to purchase, and gave me some options, as well as some history of Jay Honda. Then and only then, did he introduce me to a wonderful team mate and partner by the name of Rob logan, who kindly, took over the sale where Tony left off. I was approved for a 2013 Honda Civic!! Never in my wildest dreams did i ever think i would be driving out of there with a "NEW" car!! The service was Excellent!! They wouldn't let me think Negatively, and kept my spirits up during the whole process, ( i was down because i didn't think i'd be approved for a car). Iv'e been raving about them to my family, friends, and co-workers!! And actually have 3 people going to see them this week! A friend of a friend recommended Jesse Lee to me about 5 years ago. I had second thoughts at first because his dealership is in Cleveland and I live in Columbus. I have dealt with 2 different Honda dealers in Columbus, Oh and the second time I went back to get another car they changed the rules on me. They wanted me to spend or invest more, they said I had an exceptionally good deal at the time and they don't offer it anymore.
