Horrible custommer service and response from operator--no message given to finance dept. Called twice and left on hold then conveniently disconnected at time of dealership closing at 6pm. I had an appointment for my Pilot and while I was waiting, I stopped to see Robbie and Debbie. We started talking about good mileage cars and Debbie started talking up the Civic to me. Debbie had a meeting and then Robbie came back to his desk. He talked up the Civic to me also, saying essentially the same thing as Debbie. They both showed me how the Civic would satisfy my commuter needs. I am unable to come in until Saturday, so they are working to get everything pre-approved so I am not sitting in a showroom for hours on end, and of course, they had the exact color and trim level that I wanted on the lot. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is this team is superb at knowing the customer and finding what they need. I know the deal will be good. This Civic will be the third Honda from Jay. If you need a car, Robbie and Debbie will treat you with honesty and respect. You can't ask for anything else. I have to plug the service department also. They really care about us when we come in for service. Sometimes we (customers) are a little short tempered and let's face it, rude.
