Our family has leased or purchased approximately 8 Honda vehicles from Civics, Accords, Acurra and Pilots. We are very pleased with the Honda products. Everyone we have dealt with was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure our experience was the best they could offer. In fact we contacted our previous sales associate Rob Logan because of his friendly no nonsense approach to our purchase. Because Rob was not available to help us on the day we were available, he provided us with an associate to help with our needs. Tony was very friendly. This is our second car from Jay Honda and our first experience was great (Dennis Jenkins), unfortunately though I cannot say this time was that good. I leased a civic from Jesse 3 years ago and at that time really enjoyed working with him. Throughout the life of that lease he made himself available for questions and took little steps to ensure I felt va really enjoyed working with him. Just prior to my lease term being up, I had the opportunity to attend some work related negotiation seminar/ workshops and I thought it would be a fun opportunity to put some of those new skills to practice outside the work walls. Jesse and his peers were such great sports and it all worked! They were more than willing to negotiate and I left very satisfied. I love my new Civic with the custom leather interior job and the new design is great! I could have only been happier if I walked out of there with a free car and a hot date ;)?I will definitely be referring friends and family to him! More

I went to other Honda dealers in Cleveland, Ohio but no salesperson was patient enough to explain to me the features of a Honda Accord. I went to Jay Honda about two weeks prior and Mr. Jeffries explained salesperson was patient enough to explain to me the features of a Honda Accord. I went to Jay Honda about two weeks prior and Mr. Jeffries explained every option available to me when I was there. This made me comfortable to purchase the car from this dealership. He followed back up within a week and sent a letter to my home of resident. When I came back to Jay Honda on February 08, 2014, Mr. Jeffries took the time again to explain all options to either buy or lease the vehicle. Then he took me on another test drive and started my paper work. He is not a ordinary salesman just trying to sale a car but he has the best interest of the customer. This is what made me purchase the vehicle and I would recommend him to another person. More

I was more than happy to have them do these things as I was shocked that I was never notified before by my local shop that I USED to go to. Won't make that mistake again, I will be coming to Jay Honda for all my future needs. As for Melissa she was very helpful and extremely nice and went over the details of my bill and what things meant, also kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable as I waited. Best service I have received from a service department in the last 15 years!! More
