When I went in Tony realized immediatly that I knew exactly what I wanted and changed from a salesman trying to close a deal to someone who wanted to make my experience as good as possibly. I recently was coming close to the end of my initial lease with Jay Honda. I found both he and his partner Tony to be helpful throughout the process, even providing me with complimentary tickets to the Cleveland Auto Show to help me with some of my decision making. In the end, I was very satisfied with my new leased car, the 2013 Honda Accord EX--today is my first full day with it, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Rob & Tony for all your help and making this process virtually pain-free. I am so happy with my experience and couldn't be happier with my new car. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a friendly face in Omar. I was pricing out a 2012 Honda CrossTour using the internet. I had a car lined up with Ganley Honda but I was not satisfied with the price. The price that was quoted from this dealer encouraged me to internet. I had a car lined up with Ganley Honda but I was not satisfied with the price. The price that was quoted from this dealer encouraged me to look at other makes and models, in addition to a 2013 Honda. There was not many 2012 available. Upon calling Tony, he gave me the "bottom line price" immediately for the 2012 Cross Tour. I was impressed that I did not have to make additional phone calls to other dealers. I did not call Ganley to try to get them to lower the price on the 2012 based on the price Tony gave me. I was impressed and satisfied that Tony gave me the best deal at this point. I realize that when negotiating a bottom line price for a car, chances are one is lowering the commission that the salesman makes. Being self employed, I realize that everyone during a transaction needs to make a few dollars. I dislike car buying because of my experiences in the past. My prior experiences has been that, once you inform the saleman of your "bottom line price" he transfers you to the "closer" or sales manager to renegotiate. This did not happen at Jay Honda. Instead, I was introduced to about 5 people who were genuinely interested in my presence and not my dollar. None of them asked to talk about my deal or to escort me to their office. They just shook my hand and seemed to me interested in me, and not about the deal. I was pleasantly surprised. I would definately return to Jay Honda and I would definately work a deal with Tony. Tony was to the point and I was never pressured to make a decision. I felt that we were two friends selling something of value to each other. More
