Looking for a quote and got hung up on twice! Called to get a quote on a Honda Odyssey. No names please, but salesman would absolutely not give me a quote and insisted that I come in. He then asked me where I worked, abruptly hung up the phone and called me back 20 minutes later. He explained that he called my workplace for a quote and they told him you have to come in, do you see what I'm getting at? I told him yes, to assess how many units of Botox to get they need your face there, but to generate a quote is totally different. I told him that I was referred to Jay Honda because they had a great reputation and that i was considering other dealerships but would go with them if they gave me the best deal. He apologized for not being able to convince me to stop in ans said "let me transfer you to our Vice President" and then hung up!! Jay Honda it's embarrassing. More
