When we were going to buy our new 2013 Honda Accord, we first went to Ganley. I spent 9 hours there and was given an absolute horrible deal. I got Tony Spitalieri as my sales professional and that is EXACTLY what he is! A sales professional! Tony was horrified with what Ganley was trying to pull. Tony didn't play any games and was straight forward. He made us feel like he genuinely wanted us to get the car we wanted at the best price he could offer. He worked very closely with the finance manager who was also extremely helpful. The car we wanted wasn't in stock and was being delivered in a couple days. Tony and the finance manager assisted us in letting us take a demo car until our new car arrived! Which was going above and beyond!! When the car came in he showed us all the features and how to use it as well! He seemed just as excited for us as we were! I will recommend Jay Honda and Tony to anyone and everyone I know who are looking to buy a new car. The service we received at Jay Honda was impeccable and Tony was able to turn our initial bad experience completely around to one of the best sales experiences I've ever had.
