We just bought a 2014 Honda CRV AWD on Sat. and were extremely pleased with the all around service. Our Salesman was Tony Spitalieri and we can not say enough positive things about him! First off, Toni did not treat us different just because we were 2 women trying to buy a car. In the past at other dealerships we have had salesman treating us different because we are females and felt they were trying to take advantage of us. We NEVER felt that way with Tony. He was very open and always wanting to please us. I read on his reviews before buying the CRV and his reviews are dead on because he always asks you, "What do you want? How can I help you?" He is all about pleasing you as a customer and will fight for you to get the lowest deal around. I remember talking to Tony on the phone and he said that Jay Honda will beat any other deals out there. He followed through with that statement. That is why we decided to drive an hour to Jay Honda to buy a vehicle. I rarely write reviews but I had to share my recent car buying experience. I hadn't had to purchase a car in over ten years and was out of the loop of the ends and outs of car buying. I reached out to several car dealerships and I had to two car salesmen at two different dealerships promise me follow up on my request and to this day I still have not received a follow up for either salesmen. I was so put off and it made me think that some of these car sales people are causing individuals to buy somewhere else. I was hesitant to try for a third time but I took a chance and Tony at Jay Honda recused me.Tony was very helpful, low pressure and good follow up.
