I was greeted at the door like I was someone important, not just as anybody off the street. I was directed to Michael Santone to take care of my new car and trade-in questions. I was comfortable with the negotiated new car price, and I got that price with just one request for a lower monthly payment. In the past I have had to haggle for over an hour. The color selection and options I wanted were readily available, plus I got a car with 5 miles on it like I wanted, and not a "demo." I will recommend friends I know to see Michael for their car buying needs. I even got his cellular number, and he urged me to call it anytime I needed anything. Michael's brother also treated me well in the Finance Dept.. He made it a very quick process, without aggressively pushing extended warranties and other products. I did shop around this time. I looked at the Volkswagon Passat. They were comparable in price. The one benefit of the volkswagon was that they offered to pay the first lease payment and all oil changes w Passat. They were comparable in price. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn't get free oil changes but I guess this is not something that Honda offers. All in all I felt I got a good deal. Dennis is very knowledgeable about the car. I was pleased with his customer service. I really liked the fact that I was able to e-mail back and forth with him to save time.
