We had been shopping around for a small reliable SUV for about 3 months. We examined all the different makes and models in our price range. The Honda CRV was at the top of our choices. Rob was very helpful and courteous. He replied to our emails in a timely manner and called us promptly with information about the vehicle we requested. Rob worked with us to find the color and options we wanted. Fortunately for us, they had the vehicle on the lot. (Guess that speaks of their great inventory!) We were so pleasantly surprised with both the vehicle and the dealership, that we ended up purchasing our new CRV that afternoon. I have to say since we purchased the vehicle in December, we have received several communications from both Rob Logan and Jay Honda Dealership, showing us that they do value our business. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and again was not pushing me to buy. A few days later I told him to look for a particular color, etc for me. He went about looking for the right CR-V for me. He could not find one for the year and asked me if I was interested in the next year's model, make a long story short, I bought the next year's model from him. I could have gone to any other Honda Dealer and at that time was looking at other Dealers or another model and type car, but eventually bought from Jay Honda, because of the Jesse's professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. After the test drive, my wife and I still felt that we were not quite ready to buy a car just yet, and Jesse was understanding and cool with it. A few months later and when we found out about a sale at Jay Honda, we decided it was the right time to get the car. Once again, we contacted Jesse, and he was ready as ever to help us in choosing the right specific model. The process was very smooth and easy, which I really needed, because I have very little free time. We worked out and determined a lot of the details and arrangement over the phone, which was immensely convenient. Thus, when I went to the Jay Honda dealership, I was out of there fairly quick.
