By accident we showed up at the new car lot and Richard O'Keefe was kind enough to find out information about the car we were interested in even though it was a used car and he was not getting the sale. He called Max and asked him to meet with us to take over the sale and the rest was history. No pressure and no back & forth haggling like I have experienced at other dealerships. A very fair price and a pleasant overall experience.
