AWESOME experience As I walked in the dealership I was greeted by 2 salesmen. Omar introduced himself and asked me my name. He had a very inviting personality and an infectious smile. He asked what brought me in and I explained I was interested in information about the Honda Coupe. I also explained that I had had a bad experience at a competitor and he assured me that he was there to provide me with the information that I needed and help assist me with any questions or concerns I had. There was NO pressure about my credit background or pressure to buy. We looked at a couple models and he explained the difference between an Accord and a Civic.I saw a Civic that I liked and he explained all the features and different packages and accessories. I also had questions about the difference between purchasing and leasing. He explained it in terms that I could understand and never pressured me about my credit history or how soon I would be purchasing. After a test drive I decided on the Coupe and leasing. We filled out the necessary paperwork. When he realized that the wait would be a little longer than usual he suggested that I go have dinner and come back in about an hour and a half. When I arrived back I had about a 10 minute wait before I was able to see Patsy the finance person who was also very friendly. Patsy had me in and out within a matter of about 15 min. Omar handed me the keys and spent an additional 15 minutes explaining some of the cars features. I felt very emotional and overwhelmed! I had no idea I would be leaving with a new car that day, but Omar was very confident that I would . He made me feel like a close friend or family member, like I had known him for years when in fact it was only a few hours. My experience was outstanding from the time I walked in till the time I left! I am a LIFETIME customer and will HIGHLY recommend Jay Honda and Omar to any one looking to purchase or lease a new car. They REALLY worked with me on everything and what I wanted to spend, and I received a much better deal than anywhere else! Not only that, but my salesman Jesse was more than nice. He was very personable, kind and patient with me throughout the process to the point that he personally helped me clean out my old vehicle that I traded in, and helped me set up the Bluetooth and hands free link on my new car. The General Manager was wonderful as well and came to speak with me personally a few times to work out the deal with me. He is a very nice man too. Since I was considering leasing a new car I contacted Jay Honda and was connected with Rob On Thursday June 5, 2014 I saw a commercial for Jay Honda. Since I was considering leasing a new car I contacted Jay Honda and was connected with Rob Logan. Even though it was late Thursday evening Rob took the time to explain the lease process to me and answered all of the questions I had, which were many. During the conversation it was discovered that Rob new a few of my relatives and grew up in my community. An appointment was set up for that Saturday. I was very nervous, however Rob's friendliness, knowledge and experience were very assuring. He took his time explaining everything during the purchase process. I never felt rushed. After a test drive I finally decided on a 2014 Accord lease. Rob took the time to go over the car and all of the features explaining everything. The other staff members that were also involved in this process were also very knowledgeable and helpful.
