Michael Santone helped me find a deal and the vehicle that I wanted, and is a very friendly and easy salesman to work with. As soon as I expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle, he helped me find what I needed 100% of the way. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and will be coming back to Jay Honda in the future. As far as the rest of my experiences go, the service department is also very good, and they do a great job servicing vehicles. I have no complaints there either. More

Jesse is wonderful-this was almost too easy! I was near the end of the lease in my 2011 CR-V LX and was doing some comparative pricing for a 2014 EX. I began with the dealership I have frequented for years only to leave unsatisfied with their best offer after hours of haggling. The next day I called Jay Honda and had the pleasure of speaking with Jesse. He was friendly, upbeat, listened to my needs and felt confident he could make a better deal than the competition. Sure enough, within 20 minutes of being there we had a deal that not only met but exceeded my expectations! I could not have been happier. After years of doing this, it almost felt too good to be true! I spent the next day waiting for some kind of problem with the deal that never happened. I picked up my beautiful 2014 CR-V AWD EX yesterday and the process was flawless. Jesse went over the features of the car with me and Javier in finance was beyond fast. I was literally in and out and on my way in a half hour! I cannot say enough good things about Jesse and my overall experience with Jay Honda. Friendly, efficient, easy.
