From the time Tony S first greeted us when we entered Jay Honda, he was courteous, professional, customer service orientated and a top notch salesman. Spoke with Mark Lyon on the phone, and he asked me to come in to talk to one of their sales reps. Met with Jesse when i arrived and he was helpful and very prompt with the entire process. There should be more women in the the business like Lauryn Saunders to help other women. It made me feel more secure and made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of! It was truely a joy to have her help me especially being able to see the christian woman in her. It had been 10 years since I had been in a dealers to see about buying a new car. Lauryn gave me a couple of alternatives and her honest opinion when I asked her for it. I was quite nervous but Lauryn said we would work something out to get me the car I really wanted. I told her that the consumer report recommended the car I picked and so that was the one I wanted. The Honda Fit. She checked for the color I said I wanted and as they were bringing one into the showroom for display, Lauryn said there's one of the last ones and it's blue. That's all it took and she worked hard to make sure I got it. I hope she stays as she is. I know she will be very successful if she does. Don't change Lauryn and thank you again. More
When we were going to buy our new 2013 Honda Accord, we first went to Ganley. I spent 9 hours there and was given an absolute horrible deal. The experience was so bad that we decided that maybe Honda wasn't the car for us. The next day I figured I would give it one last chance so I called Jay Honda. I got Tony Spitalieri as my sales professional and that is EXACTLY what he is! A sales professional! Tony was horrified with what Ganley was trying to pull. Tony didn't play any games and was straight forward. He made us feel like he genuinely wanted us to get the car we wanted at the best price he could offer. He worked very closely with the finance manager who was also extremely helpful. The car we wanted wasn't in stock and was being delivered in a couple days. Tony and the finance manager assisted us in letting us take a demo car until our new car arrived! Which was going above and beyond!! When the car came in he showed us all the features and how to use it as well! He seemed just as excited for us as we were! I will recommend Jay Honda and Tony to anyone and everyone I know who are looking to buy a new car. The service we received at Jay Honda was impeccable and Tony was able to turn our initial bad experience completely around to one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. Tony delivered an extraordinary experience and asked for the sale and he got it! I am so glad I went to Jay Honda! I wont go anywhere else to get my car serviced either. I am now a loyal Jay Honda customer for life! Thanks Tony!! More
