Rob's knowledge of the cars available and their differences is excellent. Mike Schaefer was very helpful. We were under pressure to get a car as soon as possible since our old car's transmission failed, so we really appreciated the fact that they made sure we were able to drive away that day with our new car. W had previously purchased a Honda civic at another Cleveland dealership, and were looking to upgrade and trade in/lease a new pilot. We had done our Internet homework and knew what we should expect for both the lease price and the trade in value of our car, and planned to shop around to 2 or 3 dealerships to make a decision. Jay Honda was the first one we went to, and rob was pleasant, not pushy, and quickly understood what we were looking for. They immediately exceeded out expectations for both the lease price and the trade in value, by a lot. But we wanted to do due diligence and also give our old dealer a chance to keep our business. So we grudgingly left Though we almost stayed since the deal was so good. We let our old dealer give us his offer, then told him about the offer from jay Honda ( and there was a big difference between the two). He was shocked, and advised us to go back and get that deal immediately! And when we told him we were speaking with Rob, he had only good things to say about him too. I think you can be pretty sure you're getting a good deal when another dealer tells you that! We went back and rob was not there, but had his partner tony help us. they were again friendly, efficient and we signed that day. It was really nice to see salesmen helping each other and getting along, instead of the cut throat experience you can sometimes get at dealerships. We really felt very comfortable at the dealership, never pressured, and felt very happy that we got a good deal too. If they were trying to make a customer out of us, they definitely succeeded. More

I had made contact via the Internet to my first visit and received a return call from Jesse. He was very personable and I was happy to set up an appointment. We got right down to business and I was very impressed with his knowledge and he seemed very genuine. After some back and forth I became the happy purchaser of my new CR-V. The financial person was equally good. I might add that a minor clean-up issue arose at pick-up time and Jesse handled it promptly. More

I was on my guard going into the whole car purchase process, but Omar set me at ease from the start. I had worked with a few different dealerships and sales individuals and Omar quickly rose to the to process, but Omar set me at ease from the start. I had worked with a few different dealerships and sales individuals and Omar quickly rose to the top. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and put in the work to earn my business. Even after the sale was done he had contacted my insurance company and gave them the VIN number of my new car so that I only needed to authorize the addition when I arrived home. This was a five star process and I will do ALL of my car shopping with Omar and Jay Honda. More
After contacting Dennis on the phone, I visited Jay Honda to buy a Honda CR-V. The customer service was great and the staff were very friendly. We dealt with Tony mostly by email and phone since we already knew we wanted to buy a Honda based on past experience. He responded timely to our inquiries. Once there he took the time to show us everything in the car and how it worked. We appreciated the time he spent with us. We also have to mention Javier, the "finance guy", who was just awesome. He answered our questions and gave us his advice on down payment, etc which we appreciated. We also appreciated that he did not push the extended warranty on us. He had a great attitude and sense of humor. While our overall sales experience was good, we did give lower scores based on what we felt was an unnecessary amount of time to get our title in the mail. We had to call/email several times to inquire about when the title would be sent to us. In the past we received the title from other places within days. Jay Honda didn't send ours until a week before the temp tags expired. While generally not a big deal, due to limited hours of the DMV and our work schedules we did not appreciate getting the title with only one day to get to the DMV. We almost felt as if once the sale was done, they were done with us. It was disappointing. More
