Worst Honda Dealer They will not give you the price on the phone. They want you to go there and waste a few hours of your time to haggle about the car price. They don't want you to shop around as they know you can find better deal. I would not but a car from them, even if they were the last dealer on earth. The Honda product is great. Satisfying, extremely positive experience! I had been a Toyota customer for years, looked to trade in my Corolla and husband's Buick Rendezvous for a CRV. Looked at the Subaru Forester but was I had been a Toyota customer for years, looked to trade in my Corolla and husband's Buick Rendezvous for a CRV. Looked at the Subaru Forester but was not allowed to take it for a solo test drive, and, as well, the sales rep who accompanied my husband and myself made some disparaging comments concerning my driving skills! My husband knew of Jay Honda Bedford by reputation and we WERE allowed to test drive a Honda CRV, which was an immediate plus. Test driving the Honda CRV made my decision. Smooth, effortless comfortable ride, also my local mechanics both highly recommended the Honda CRV. The people at Jay Bedford were great, exceptional was our sales rep, Jesse Lee, who bent over backwards to give us outstanding customer service and an equally good deal on the CRV. We had a bit of a long wait, and were there almost 2 1/2 hours before finally able to drive out the door, which was a little off-putting. However we did receive free all weather floor mats as a consolation gift for the long wait. About a week later I had some questions about the vehicle, which, as Jesse was not available that day, were answered by the fantastic Jeff Wells, who patiently explained the workings of the vehicle, especially the audio and phone system to me. All in all, a very positive and satisfying experience with Jay Honda Bedford. I highly recommend this fantastic establishment to all looking to purchase a Honda. P.S. I am a confirmed Honda gal now, no looking back. The CRV is a terrific vehicle, beats Toyota a hundred times over. More
