I told him where I needed to be and what I wanted and he made it happen pretty much before I even got there. Because I was trading in a vehicle, they needed to see it before it was a done deal. Once they looked at my vehicle, they came back, said it's a go and an hour later I drove off with my new car. Nobody pressured me into buying anything extra. Even signing the papers was the quickest I've ever experienced. I've never seen a dealership move so fast to make a customer happy! I will be returning to Tony in three years when my lease is up to lease a new car from him again! THANKS TONY!! More

Because my car had excessive miles and in need of more repairs, I narrowed my search down to a Buick and a Honda. After the test drive and some crunching of numbers I put him on hold to see about the Buick. About half way through the Buick sales pitch I stopped the discussion and said that the Honda was my choice. Called Rob back and after a nother meeting I bought a Honda Accord V6. The ease of the process was the best part, not to mention the price. Rob left me with a genuine feel of confidence in my purchase. There was no second guessing. I FELT GOOD! More
My experience with Jay Honda of Bedford was great. I went out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. I decided I wanted the car a day later and they worked with me to get t out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. They were great on the price and when I went to pick it up I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. I love the car and am highly satisfied with the buying experience. More

Mike located the car in 15 minutes and had it delivered to Jay Honda by the end of the week. Mike also provided a great deal on the dealer options and the price of the car. Xavier was very helpful since I live out of state. He made the paperwork process easy. He also reviewed various extended warrenty programs with me and helped me find the right one to fit my high milage needs. Jay Honda is an outstanding organization and I will happily drive the 820 mile round trip again to buy from this dealership! More

Lauryn is positive, energetic, and capable. I love my car. I loved working with her. I still have some questions, but some time with the booklets will be helpful, i'm certain. I really thought I would be given the I Pad. I made the decision to lease/purchase this specific car while that promotion was being offered. I put a deposit down. I was told I could still have the gift "if i picked it up that next night". That was physically impossible, and Lauryn said: "I'll see what I can do. I'll talk with the Manager". I'm disappointed. Also, there were questions about financial situation. All I was told was "I was accepted". I had no reason to believe that my monthly payments were going to be different than the agreed upon price. That was confirmed by Lauryn. It turned out to be $48.00 a month more. For whatever the reasons.... they were not shared with me.... not until after 9 PM when I was picking up the car. Clearly, there should have been a conversation with me prior to the 11th hour. It would have given me a chance to re-think my decision. Again, I am disappointed. If it weren't for Lauryn, and my schedule that was depending upon all things happening as expected.... I would probably have considered another car at another dealership. Although, as I said in the beginning, it is a wonderful car. Lauryn saved the sale for Jay Honda. More
