When I arrived at Jay Honda I was there to only investigate my options for returning a leased 2011 Pilot and getting a new one. We just picked up our new CRV today at Jay Honda. This was the smoothest, most stress-free car buying experience we have ever had and it was because of Bob Howard. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional, but it was Bob Howard that really made the difference. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. He is patient and encourages questions. He did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. At no time did we ever feel any pressure whatsoever. As far as the actual purchase - we paid a very fair price for the new car and also got an excellent price on our trade in. Bob took care of every detail, even calling our insurance company for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We couldn't be happier with Jay Honda and especially Bob Howard.
