When I arrived at Jay Honda I was there to only investigate my options for returning a leased 2011 Pilot and getting a new one. The service department directed me to Tony and he immediately began t investigate my options for returning a leased 2011 Pilot and getting a new one. I walked out with a very fair deal and feeeling good about the transaction. Tony and the rest of the support staff were incredibly helpful and very informed on the products. Tony made me feel very comfortable asking questions and really performed as promised on all aspects of the purchase experience. He is an asset to not only Jay Honda but to the Honda Corporation as well. More

We visited many other dealerships because we were not sure which car we wanted. Other than Jay Honda, each of the others was exhausting. We felt like we were kept there forever. When we first came in, Tony quickly was able to locate a car for us to test drive and he was obviously very knowledgable about all the features. When we picked the car up, he had everything ready and spent as much time with us as we needed explaining all the car features. We would absolutely recommend him to our friends. More

Most of all, I cannot make enough positive comments about Tony Spitalieri. He was very pleasant and thorough in his explanations while taking me through the buying process. We just picked up our new CRV today at Jay Honda. This was the smoothest, most stress-free car buying experience we have ever had and it was because of Bob Howard. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional, but it was Bob Howard that really made the difference. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. He is patient and encourages questions. He did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. At no time did we ever feel any pressure whatsoever. As far as the actual purchase - we paid a very fair price for the new car and also got an excellent price on our trade in. Bob took care of every detail, even calling our insurance company for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We couldn't be happier with Jay Honda and especially Bob Howard. We highly recommend this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else!! More
