Lauryn was friendly and not only easy but also fun to work with. She made me feel like she was actually trying to hear what it was I wanted while setting me at ease in a convivial, but professional manner. Even though the first time I visited it was about an hour or half an hour to closing, she still came up to me with an enthusiastic and positive attitude that made me want to come back to the dealership and confirm a purchase. If there were more legitimately helpful salespeople like her, I would not dread having to find a car so much. Now, if I or a friend/relative needs one, I would be more than happy to direct them to Lauryn Saunders. More

Terrible dealership. Made the mistake of going with them once last year and then hoped they had changed, so tried them again this past weekend. In purchasing the CRV cash last year for my fiance, Tony offer once last year and then hoped they had changed, so tried them again this past weekend. In purchasing the CRV cash last year for my fiance, Tony offered a price which we accepted. He tries warming up to us in saying things like "you guys look like you're going to pay cash." We were paying cash so he informed us that this makes his job easier since there is less paperwork. I had to leave town so my fiance goes to pick up the car on Saturday with the check for the full price and Tony tries to sell her on the financing. He says, "Oh, the only reason we offered that price was because we thought you were financing." Had I been there, I would have made certain that we got the car from another dealer. My fiance convinces me to check them out for the lease of my Accord. I negotiate a price with Tony and he offers to do better once he sees my trade in. Tony stops calling and I keep having to follow up with him to get him to talk to me. Who has ever heard of a car salesman doing that? He passes me off to Rob who calls me and tells me a price that is less than what Tony offered. We set up a time and I make the hour drive to their dealership. Once I get there, Rob informs me that because I withheld certain facts about my trade in, the price is actually 40 more per month. I told Tony that I told him everything he swears that he didn't know; lying to me flat faced. Furthermore, I offer 500 more per for downpayment for a 36 month lease and Rob lowers the price by only 3 dollar per month. Someone explain that math to me. Huge waste of time dealing with this dealership. Look in Akron or other areas for a MUCH better dealership experience. These guys can't be held to their word. I would recommend not even talking on phone with them and doing all correspondence through email if possible. Otherwise, they will pull a bait a switch on you. More

Rob was an absolutely great salesman! This was my first time leasing a car on my own and I appreciated Rob's patience, friendliness and he was very knowledgeable. Jesse has helped us three years ago with leasing our first Honda, and it was a great car. We only had one issue with the starter, and to make a long story short, the dealership went above and way beyon first Honda, and it was a great car. We only had one issue with the starter, and to make a long story short, the dealership went above and way beyond to help us. For that reason and the great car, we went back and leased another Honda. Since Jesse was great to work with the first time, we contacted him. He was again very helpful, and we have another great Honda. Everyone at the dealership seemed very nice, and no one "stalked" us. I am very pleased with the service I received from Jay Honda and Rob Logan the salesperson. He made an offer for me to lease a new car and turn in my car in that I had another year to lease and stuck wit Honda and Rob Logan the salesperson. He made an offer for me to lease a new car and turn in my car in that I had another year to lease and stuck with the offer all the way to the end of the deal. I tried to find something wrong with the deal but I could not because he could answer all my questions and put me at ease. He was very personable and not pushy and he took extra time to help me understand the new technology in the new car. I feel I can go back and ask any questions and they will treat me as though I am an important customer. This is my third time to lease through them and I would go back again because I am always treated well there. I have and definitely would recommend that others go to them. More
