Not pushy and I didn't feel bombarded. I hadn't bought a new vehicle in over 10 years and had numerous questions. Especially about leasing (since I previously always bought my cars). They were accommodating in every sense of the word. If the numbers weren't where I needed them to be, they were reworked without hesitation. Great Staff and inventory!!! Immediately I was welcomed into the dealership and once I expressed what I was looking for I was introduced to the Assistant Sales Manager, Donovan. I felt he listened to why I came to look into Buick vehicles and my price range. I came to test a Verano and he suggested that I may like an Encore since in my price range as well. I was shocked to think the SUV would be in my price range and was excited to have more than one model to test drive. I drove the Verano first and then the Encore and fell in love.
