My vehicle was recently totaled and it was a very stressful time. Mike Croome & Donovan Jamison were there in a pinch. Mike was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions and eased my worries. Donovan exhibited expert knowledge of the brand & professionalism while taking the time to show me several different vehicle options that might fit my needs. I had intended on purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, but was quite surprised to find that a newer vehicle was the best option for me. I am very pleased with the outcome. We have always gone to a different brand for the past decade or so and they knew us and the process was about an hour. This entire process took days, if you count the constant promises of getting us the car we were promised (never happened). We were strung along for almost a week being promised that any day our car would come in from another dealer. Never happened. We ended up getting a different one instead because we could not wait anymore. During the process the sales manager tried to pull a fast one on us as far as pricing goes (fortunately we caught it). Upon the delivery the general manager came out to answer some questions for us, or at least try to, and he did not know much about the car. After my wife jokingly made a comment about how he nor the sales person seemed to know much abut the car he made a rude comment to her. Someone in his position should know better than to be rude to the customer but apparently he does not believe in that. Apparently at Jay Honda the customer does not come first. I realize the whole car buying process is never fun but the management team here at Jay, particularly the GM, were just completely obnoxious people and after this lease is up we have no intention of going back. Just rude people that I am glad I do not have to see for the next few years. Do yourself a favor, if you want a GMC, try another dealer first, just trust me on this one, and if you do go here just be ready to be treated with no care whatsoever. Hopefully ownership one day realizes what rude people they have working in their general management More

They all paid close attention to my interests, needs and challenges ( George) They did one thing no other dealer did... followed up to make sure i had everything i needed, checked to see if I had any questions and how they can help me with my decision. Once my decision was make .. they also made my trade-in details and financial options less painful. Thank you Jay Buick... I love my Envision More

I had the best sales person ever , who made my experience aw He was kind and didn't seem judgmental when I explain that I didn't have the best credit. He explained ever step of this process with me. Very satisfied I originally stopped at another Buick dealer earlier in the day and was disappointed with the service, I was actuality going to give up car shopping f I originally stopped at another Buick dealer earlier in the day and was disappointed with the service, I was actuality going to give up car shopping for a while. After dinner I decided to take a ride to Jay Buick cause I remembered I saw a ad for a great deal on leasing a encore. I'm so glad I went there, I got exceptional service from my salesman Donvan and every other person I came in contact with that night. It was so nice not to be pressured or have to play the price haggle game. Stress free, professional and very down to earth!! I'll definitely purchase again and recommend to all my friends and family thank you Jay Buick!! More
The big relief, Excellent customer service I been searching for a car for 3 months starting with Deacon's Chrysler in February and after the disappointment I stopped and started back on May 23r I been searching for a car for 3 months starting with Deacon's Chrysler in February and after the disappointment I stopped and started back on May 23rd but once again the pressure from Kia and Liberty Ford all in the same week was a big headache and I was ready to just give up because I had it with car shopping. I remembered I received a call from Ashley stating that its been 4 yrs since my last purchase with Jay Buick where I had brought a used car and I searched for her number because this was going to be the last draw, Ashley was very professional and scheduled me to go see Aj on 5/28 where he greeted me with a smile , I rescheduled the time so he referred me to Donovan because he was working with another customer, Donovan was great he didn't pressure me at all it was a big difference from the prior experience with the other dealers , the finance guy was even nice and came over and spoke with me , everybody that I came in contact with treated me with respect and always with a smile, Aj even came over several times to make sure I was ok. I wish I would have just came to Jay Buick first because that would have saved me a lot of stress but believe me Aj and Donovan made up for it , I was very please and happy with the teamwork. More

This was the 4th dealership I visited and I didn't expect to drive home a vehicle in my price range with the options I desired. AJ Borisa, my salesman and the finance director Jesse Lee made the deal happen and stayed well past closing time to make sure I left in a truck that I wanted with a deal that made me happy. The Jay auto family will now be my first stop for any vehicle needs I have in the future! More
