The problem I had with my car was one that did not happen all the time, so it was difficult to reproduce the first time a technician took the car on a drive to try and figure out what the problem was. I was pleased that they were finally able to experience the noise I was describing and really troubleshoot in order to fix the problem. I was very pleased with the service I received. More

I've always been wary of taking my car to a dealership because I've heard horror stories of people being overcharged and having work done that was unnecessary. But since I have bought my car through Jannell I've had all my service done with them. They are friendly and explain everything that they've done or will do to the vehicle. They also make a point to tell you how much your bill will be which is so refreshing. I always recommend people to take their cars to be serviced at Jannell...such a great dealership! More
