My salesmans name was Mike a great person easy to talk to and understood my situation and played along. My credit wasn't great which made my haggle harder but I couldn't walk away from the deal I was offered so I now am a happy owner of a 2014 Ford Fusion hybrid. Thanks to Mike and Joanne. More

peace of mind we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to my sons wedding in philly, and the back brakes seized, another $600, on the way home we heard noises coming from the rear, we didn't tell the grandkids, so papa and I white knuckled it home the 300+miles home, all the way home scared that something else was going to happened and we would end up dead,,, colonial ford told me it was a preown certified ford car, had a 30 day warranty, and gave me a sticker,it wasn't until talked to dell at colonial ford that I realized that I was a sucker,,,this is the dealership they warn u about, dell was no help, actually insulted, bullied and hung up on me when I called him on sat 6/27 from philly, on the way home I am trying to figure how the heck am I going to solve this mess, well I chose to take that lemon of a car to jannell ford in hanover, so glad I did,,,i asked shawn in the service dept for a diagnostic on the lemon, and lo and behold,,,,2 inner tie rods end were inservicable and the rear differential was leaking beyond limits, I couldn't believe it, we could have had an accident at any second from the moment of purchase, what ifs just kept going on and on in my head, I had made a $20,000 mistake at colonial,,,so, now, I want options, I want out of this lemon and away from anything to do with colonial ford,,,so now I am in jacks hands, what a difference,,,then eddie came into the picture and then joanne, I am now thinking,,,is this team of professionals really working this hard for me,,,YES THEY ARE,,finally I felt safe and secure,,,and in a real preown ford certified car, that had paperwork to prove it, a real warranty not 30days, from shawn in service, to jack and eddie in sales and then joanne in finance,,what an dfference,,,papa and I where treated with respect, this is where we should have gone in the first place,,,and the next time we purchase a car this is the dealership to go to, they are honest and respectful. from stem to stern a real professional dealership where the customers concerns and safety do come first, my car pymt is a bit higher but I could not put a price on peace of mind when safety of ourselves and grandkids are in the car, don't make my mistake, don't white knuckle your driving experience ,,don't go anywhere else,,,go to jannells, they will take good care of you,,, More

Great follow up I had brought my 2008 F-150 in for 75,000 mile check and during this the technician found come problems with the steering rack and front end struts. I had brought my 2008 F-150 in for 75,000 mile check and during this the technician found come problems with the steering rack and front end struts. I OK'd the repairs but had forgotten to tell them about my Easy Care extension warranty. After the repairs were completed I told the Service Advisor, Shawn Hillegass, about this warranty and he followed up with Easy Care to get this taken care of. Many thanks Shawn. Saved me some money and was very helpful throughout. I have always had good service from Jannell Ford and this was another confirmation of what a great service center Jannell is. More
